Early prevention is one of the most effective ways to lower the likelihood of developing cancer. This workshop focuses on practical knowledge and skills that help participants understand the connection between lifestyle and long-term health. They learn to recognise warning signs, practise simple self-examination techniques and gain insight into how diet, alcohol consumption and smoking influence cancer risk.

What the Workshop Includes:
Breast and testicular self-examination techniques – guided practice on how to monitor bodily changes regularly and seek medical attention early.
Nutrition as cancer prevention – recommendations on adjusting dietary habits to support immunity and cellular health.
Prevention of alcohol and tobacco use – information about risks associated with alcohol, smoking and nicotine alternatives.

The goal of the program is to strengthen awareness of prevention and motivate employees to take an active role in their health and long-term wellbeing.
